|Course Description||An elementary course designed to students who have completed CLCP1113 and CLCP1123 or CPTH1113 and CPTH1123. For students who have not completed any of the above courses, they are invited to join the Putonghua placement offered by CLC. Students who have completed higher level of similar Putonghua courses are not allowed to take this course.
Course contents focus on enriching students’ vocabularies and grammar points through language tasks/activities and contextualized exercises. Students will be able to collect information through asking and answering questions and communicate under real life contexts. Topic include simple introduction of oneself, frequently asked questions on travel related issues and provide information, etc.

Simplified Chinese characters will be used in lessons. Traditional Chinese version of textbook will be provided if needed.
