International Summer School (July Session)

Application Procedures for Local Fee-paying Students


Application begins

Step 1

  • Create an account at our Online Application System
  • Complete all required fields of the application form in ENGLISH
  • Upload supporting documents as instructed in the Required Documents page
  • Submit your application


*You will receive your application result by email, normally within 21 working days. Your application process will be delayed if you are unable to submit all required information and/or documents at the time you submit your application. In case a final decision cannot be made about your application, you will be placed on “hold”. You will be notified of the result once it is available.

Accept offer of admission

Step 2

  • Log-in the application system to confirm the course(s) offered
  • Settle the fees within 3 working days after your application is approved (We accept Visa and MasterCard)

Download admission package

Step 3

  • Log-in the application system to download your offer of admission which contains:
    • Letter of Admission
    • Other important information about the programme

Submit required documents

Step 4

  • Follow the instructions in your offer of admission and complete:
    • Confirmation of Acceptance
    • Other required documents
  • Return the above documents to CUHK by COURIER (FedEx, DHL, UPS or SF Express) before the deadline
