Leave of Absence
If you need to be absent from any of the scheduled classes and activities, your parent/guardian should submit a leave request (in writing with a valid reason and supporting document as well as your parent/guardian’s signature) to the Director of Academic Links before 4 July 2018 (e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org). You should report all periods of leave and absences, including sick leaves and absences from activities or classes, to the Office of Academic Links.
Programme withdrawal requests should be sent to the Office of Academic Links as early as possible so that your place can be given to applicants on the waiting list. 50% of the programme fee paid will be refunded if we receive a written withdrawal request with a valid reason by 11 June 2018 (e-mail: email@example.com). No refund will be made for requests received after this date.
No refund or reduction in programme fee, accommodation fee, or visa application fee will be made if you arrive to the programme late, leave the programme early, or is dismissed from the programme due to violation of the programme regulations.
