Course Description | This course aims to develop a game theoretic framework for understanding strategies in business. When making managerial decisions, managers must take into account the reaction of rival firms, governments and their subordinates. This module aims to introduce how game theory can help in business decision making, including pricing, product design, advertising, research and development and human resources arrangement. Game-based and analytical approach are used, and application of game theoretic framework is emphasized. | ||
