Scanned or electronic copy of the official transcript issued by your current institution

• Your name, name of institution (or school emblem), course details of all semesters must be shown
• Provide official certified English translation if the transcript is not issued in English
• First year students may submit the letter of admission issued by your current institution and photocopy of your student ID card if you are yet to receive a transcript
• Pre-university students may submit the letter of admission with confirmed offer to undergraduate studies
• For students applying for courses with prerequisites, please make sure the required course(s) are listed on the transcript

Language Proficiency – Declaration
*For students studying in NON-native English-speaking countries or territories ONLY

Although test result for language proficiency is not required, students should have good English or Putonghua to carry our basic daily conversations. Download the declaration form HERE, sign and upload it to your online application as language proficiency proof.

• Fill in the online Language Background Form
• A completion receipt (a PDF file) will be sent to your registered email address after successful submission
• Take note of the Language Background Form number printed on the completion receipt
• Enter the Language Background Form number in your ISS online application form
